Dicky has plus-plus power and a great eye at the plate. He can kill right-handed pitching but struggles mightily against lefties. He should be able to stick in RF in the majors. His swing is long and has a lot of miss in it. He has a nice arm for a RF. His ceiling is a ML starting RF with the floor of a ML bench player. He should be in the majors in a couple of seasons starting in RF for Jacksonville.
