Down on the Farm...

Mark Millwood
Washington D.C. Justices

Score - 61
Hitting - 55
Power - 55
Plate Discipline - 45
Running - 75
Fielding - 65
Range - 60
Arm Strength - 60
Arm Accuracy - 70

Mark is an intriguing player. If he had better range and a little better arm strength, he would be a SS with hitting skills. He looks to be a 2B or 3B at best. His speed is elite, and he could steal 50+ bases a year in the majors. His power is developing, and he possesses gap power right now. He could hit 15+ homers a year. He has slightly above average contact skills, but he doesn't have the eye to take many walks. He hits lefties better than righties. He has the ceiling of a ML starting 2B with the floor or a ML bench player. Mark may be in Washington starting at 2B in a season or two.
